We are looking for:
IFS Functional Consultant
Your future role:
- Participation in defining the transformation journey for clients, utilizing the latest technology to enhance project outcomes,
- Generating insights to stimulate innovative ideas and create valuable experiences for customers,
- Facilitating significant cost savings and promoting new collaborative mindsets within client organizations
- Designing and implementing an Integrated Field Service (IFS) system that interfaces seamlessly with both Field Service Management and ERP platforms.
Ensuring that the IFS system meets client needs and contributes to operational efficiency and enhanced service delivery, - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with business objectives,
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality and performance,
- Providing training and support to end-users to guide them in navigating and utilizing the new IFS system effectively.
Apply if you have:
- A proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing IFS Cloud solutions, with over 4 years of experience and completion of at least 3 projects end-to-end,
- Experience in collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure solutions to meet those requirements, and ensure smooth deployment and ongoing solution support,
- Demonstrated learning agility and a strong desire to deepen knowledge about the IFS platform, with the intention of engaging in future IFS projects and implementations,
- Strong experience and understanding of IFS methodology in collecting requirements, developing functional designs, setting up core data, conducting comprehensive QA and testing of solutions, updating scope tools, and identifying CRIM (Customizations, Retrofits, Interfaces, and Modifications) as part of requirements gathering activities,
- Proficient English language skills at least at a B2 level,
- The ability to operate as a sole proprietor or business entity within Poland (due to the project-based nature of the employment).
