For our Client, PE backed FMCG manufacturing company, we are looking for a skilled In-house Lawyer with expertise in international commercial law. You'll be reporting directly to CFO, working closely with another experienced In-house Lawyer.

Requirements
- at least two years of experience in a similar position as an In-house Lawyer or in a law firm providing services to business entities,
- experience in international companies,
- good knowledge of civil, commercial, economic and administrative law, as well as labor law,
- good knowledge of English (B2+), including experience in drafting and writing contracts in English,
- ability to solve problems while taking into account legal and business risks,
- independence and responsibility for assigned tasks,
- title of Legal Adviser - preferred.
Responsibilities
- legal advice on current matters of the company and related companies,
- monitoring changes in legal regulations concerning the activities of the company and related companies,
- drafting and reviewing contracts (especially with international retailers, wholesales, drugstores etc.),
- preparing letters, analyses, legal opinions, etc.,
- participation in negotiations of commercial contracts,
- participation in M&A processes,
- cooperation with external law firms.
