Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in similar area,
  • good understanding processes in TP and tax processes,
  • high interpersonal and analytical skills,
  • attention to detail and thoroughness,
  • very good command of English (at least B2),
  • university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting will be an asset,
  • experience in project of improvements will be an asset.

Responsibilities

  • preparing transfer pricing documentation for Group entities, including both local files and the master file, in accordance with international compliance standards,
  • coordinating automation initiatives related to the Tax TP Application in collaboration with the Digital Finance Team,
  • maintaining a central database of reportable arrangements for Group companies to ensure compliance with the EU’s Mandatory Disclosure Regime (MDR), and supporting Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements,
  • managing and updating the register of corporate service agreements, and drafting new agreements related to trademark usage, management services, and IT licenses/services,
  • supporting the preparation of benefit tests for various intra-group services, including management, global, and divisional functions,
  • assisting senior team members in discussions, decision-making, and implementation of new international tax strategies and concepts,
  • conducting financial analyses to support profitability testing of Group entities for transfer pricing purposes,
  • preparing presentation materials and actively participating in workshops with business units,
  • providing support in ongoing international tax matters across the Group, including tax audits, compliance issues, and strategic projects,
  • assisting with the analysis and control of withholding tax obligations across Group companies.
