Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in AP or P2P area,
- knowledge of SAP system will be a huge asset,
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance will be a huge asset,
- in-depth knowledge of AP processes,
- high business culture and communication skills,
- analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
- willingness to take on challenges and new solutions,
- fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B2),
- experience in migration processes and project improvement will be a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- verifying and processing incoming PO and Non-PO invoices, credit notes and other AP documents,
- reconciliation of AP accounts, maintenance and delivery of AP reports (Aging, GR/IR, AP Recon),
- preparing and running payment proposals on a timely and accurate manner,
- updating internal processes and manuals (DTP),
- maintaining and delivering the relevant documents for audit, as required, and support colleagues with similar requests,
- supporting Legal Entities, HQ, AP colleagues, TC and TL on ad-hoc tasks,
- identifying potential process improvements and proposing their implementation,
- performing other tasks related to the AP process,
- providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders,
- highlighting/indicating and initiating solving (propose solutions) operational issues.
