Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or related field,
- at least 5 years of relevant experience in warehousing and logistics operations,
- strong negotiation and contract management experience regarding logistics providers,
- excellent analytical skills, strong business acumen, with the ability to thoroughly understand 3PL warehouse operations,
- excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with various departments,
- ability to lead cost-reduction and value-creation initiatives,
- willingness to travel within Europe up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- strategic organization of 3PL warehouse network in Europe,
- setup of ERP or interface it with provider's one on each 3PL warehouse,
- define specific objectives and KPIs for warehouses and convert it to SLA’s with every provider,
- supervise the execution of services contract,
- build standard rules, procedures and practices for 3PL warehouse network,
- design 3PL project scope and location, taking into account Customers Network and Plant locations,
- coordinate with 3PL the necessary equipment, resources to comply with customers and Company requirements,
- ensure the legal specific framework related to warehousing activity,
- participate in designing of the layout of warehouses,
- ensure compliance with regulations; proactively mitigate operational, financial, and security risks,
- initiate, deploy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
