HR Expert Processes & Digital Solutions
Your responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our digital HR systems (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD and Cornerstone) to enable
- efficient HR processes
- Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external providers
- Analyze, model, and improve global HR processes as part of our digital transformation initiative
- Translate HR needs into user-friendly, scalable digital solutions, fostering a culture of innovation
- and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the development of a strategic roadmap for our global HR systems
- Support the integration and interface management between HR systems and other IT platforms
- Ensure the continuous improvement of user journeys and process automation
- Drive process harmonization and standardization across countries and business units
Our requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, Business Informatics / Information Systems or a comparable qualification
- Ideally first experience with ServiceNow (HRSD). We support with HRSD certification process, if needed.
- Familiarity with other HR systems and the interaction of the various systems is desirable.
- Professional experience in process modeling
- Solid understanding of HR processes/end-to-end solutions and how they can be supported digitally in an international context.
- Experience in international project environments and working with global stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and a process-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge between HR and IT
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g. German) are a plus
