About the Department
Business Administration EMEA at Franklin Templeton in Poznań supports the EMEA and Americas (excluding US) distribution teams with remote administrative services. The team works collaboratively and independently, building trust with senior stakeholders. Team members are encouraged to grow professionally and will gain exposure to emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and electronic fund transfers.
How You Will Add Value
Core Responsibilities
- You will process invoices and reconcile expenses using Workday.
- You will submit reports by strict deadlines.
- You will resolve queries and upload supporting documents.
- You will manage travel bookings and respond to enquiries.
Strategic Responsibilities
- You will act as an expense management expert.
- You will lead and complete assigned projects.
- You will proactively identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
- You will collaborate on shared team tasks to meet collective goals.
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
Experience, Education & Certifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of business applications and office practices.
- Fluent in Polish and English; other European languages are a plus.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Workday is beneficial.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills, especially when coordinating with senior stakeholders to ensure all process steps are completed on time.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in handling payments and documentation.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and focus on those with approaching deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn and develop.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving skills.
Work Schedule & Location
- Hybrid work model: three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) from the Poznań office.
