What will you be doing?

As part of our EMEA Indirect Tax Team, you’ll be at the heart of our tax operations, supporting compliance across multiple countries and contributing to strategic projects. You’ll work closely with tax managers, finance teams and external advisers to ensure accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement.

  • Prepare and submit indirect tax returns using our VAT compliance tool
  • Support audits and voluntary disclosures, coordinating with internal teams and external providers
  • Monitor automated data downloads from ERP systems and assist in digital transformation initiatives
  • Perform sample checks of AP invoices and reconcile indirect tax data across EMEA
  • Participate in dummy VAT audits and contribute to governance and process enhancements

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative. You’ll bring regional VAT experience and a passion for process improvement, along with strong communication and governance awareness.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a regional in-house VAT role and at least 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Practical indirect tax experience in one or more EMEA countries
  • Fluency in English (Spanish, Italian or French is a plus)
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, resilient mindset
  • Experience with SAP and working in international environments is a plus
  • Ability to manage relationships with external tax advisers and offshore finance centres
