
For our Client, an international multi-stream revenue production company with several production plants in the EMEA region, we are looking for a Head of Margin Analysis responsible for the company’s division. This role supports long-term regional growth by developing strategies and solutions to improve sales and trading profits sustainably. The company's headquarters is in Krakow.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Pricing Analysis in a multinational environment,
- previous experience in the manufacturing company will be an asset,
- strong understanding of how a manufacturing business operates and the ability to turn industry insights into practical commercial actions,
- fluency in English is a must,
- interest in improving commercial performance, especially around pricing and cost,
- ability to work tight time scales, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of accuracy,
- supporting decisions and influencing business counterparts.
Responsibilities
- develop and review pricing strategies to maximize profit growth, making sure targets are met and market opportunities are captured,
- collaborate with sales teams to apply the right pricing decisions that balance volume, market share, price, and margin,
- oversee and optimize the manufacturing company's profit margins, which involves analyzing the cost structure, pricing strategies, and revenue streams,
- provide input to the division’s financial processes, such as forecasts and budgeting,
- analyze cost structures and identify areas where cost efficiencies can be achieved,
- support business management decision processes by delivering a range of solutions based on investigated data,
- create added value in Margin Management by the implementation of new tools and solutions,
- provide clear, useful reports on pricing, margins, and costs - ensuring differences and corrective actions fit the long-term strategy.
