We are looking for:
Workday Developer
Your future role:
- Configure and manage Workday security in line with global policies and audit requirements,
- Support the design and maintenance of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints in collaboration with global process owners,
- Translate business needs into technical designs and assess feasibility and effort,
- Deliver enhancements end-to-end (build, test, deploy, document, support) with a focus on user experience, performance, reliability, and security,
- Evaluate new Workday features, prototype options, and recommend practical solutions,
- Stay current on Workday releases and market trends; perform impact assessments and keep configurations up to date,
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and mentor peers on best practices,
- Support additional initiatives that contribute to the team’s success.
Apply if you have:
- Workday certification in a relevant domain,
- Experience in an HR role or supporting HR systems and business processes,
- Ability to analyze and refine requirements to ensure clarity and feasibility,
- Proficiency in written and spoken English,
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Nice to have:
- Experience cross-training across Workday functional domains,
- Familiarity with implementing Business Process updates across domains,
- Ability to translate regulatory and Workday-release changes into technical designs,
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly,
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment,
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders with clear options and impact assessments,
- Experience collaborating in a global, virtual team across time zones,
- Commitment to maintaining Workday certifications and continuous learning,
- Experience performing root-cause analysis and ensuring requests are testable.
