PwC Poland’s Digital& team combines software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including Generative AI applications, to create innovative solutions and deliver data-driven insights. Our capabilities span across data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development, and cloud solutions. We are looking for:
Analytics & AI Manager
Your future role:
- Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and contributing to sales pitches to expand PwC's Digital& service offering predominantly in Analytics & AI but also in relation to Application Development and Intelligent Process Automation capabilities,
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop thought leadership, go-to-market strategy, new offerings, and value proposition of current and future PwC services in Analytics & AI and related capabilities,
- Focus on and understand the key challenges of our priority clients within one of the three industries: Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, TMT,
- Act as Analytics & AI account manager for a few priority clients,
- Collaborate with the broader Analytics & AI team regarding project delivery as well as Business Development Senior Managers and Industry Leads,
- Supervise delivery of AI-driven projects,
- Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their professional growth and development within the field of Analytics & AI.
Apply if you have:
- 7+ years of relevant business experience, especially in consulting or one of the three industries: Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, TMT,
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions,
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines,
- Excellent English speaking and communication skills essential to work with overseas clients.
