Who are we looking for:
- High standard of university degree
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) and familiarity with Generative AI applications in business processes
- Skilled in process mapping (e.g., Visio), low-code/no-code platforms, and identifying automation opportunities to drive efficiency
- Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking experience; strong communicator able to translate between technical and business stakeholder
- 5–6 years in process improvement, automation, or shared services operations, with a track record of high-quality execution and delivery across multiple initiatives
- Experienced in engaging with WG2-level stakeholders, managing cross-functional projects, and coordinating parallel initiatives with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
