
For our Client, from the Shared Services sector (SSC), located in the Lower Silesia region, we are looking for an experienced Manager for SAP HR Module Development.
The person in this role will be responsible for the development and enhancement of SAP HR modules, as well as overseeing HR and payroll processes across Europe.

Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience managing HR and Payroll teams,
- hands-on experience with SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors,
- strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving,
- fluency in English and Polish.
Responsibilities
- develop, streamline, and standardize HR and payroll processes within the SSC environment,
- define, monitor, and report on key HR and payroll performance indicators (KPIs),
- prepare and review reports for regulatory authorities,
- lead and mentor a team of HR & Payroll Supervisors across multiple EU countries,
- support the implementation and optimization of SAP HR modules,
- oversee HR and payroll processes to ensure full compliance with local labor laws.
