Requirements
- minimum 8 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure development and operations, including cloud environments,
- proven experience leading cross-functional teams (network, systems, cloud) and delivering complex technology projects,
- practical proficiency with DevOps methodologies and containerization technologies,
- strong knowledge of cloud architecture and cloud migration strategies,
- understanding of data and infrastructure security regulations,
- preferred certifications: Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITIL, PMI/PRINCE2.
Responsibilities
- develop and execute the end-to-end Cloud strategy for company including migration, modernization, and rationalization of existing environments,
- managing the team of up to 30FTE including Team Leaders,
- oversee the maintenance and development of data centers, virtualization platforms, corporate networks, storage systems, and backup solutions,
- ensure infrastructure security across network, cloud platforms, DDoS protection, and incident-monitoring systems, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements,
- guarantee high availability, scalability, and performance (SLA) of infrastructure supporting business,
- lead the implementation and governance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices and containerization platforms (eg. Kubernetes),
- initiate and lead optimization and automation initiatives within infrastructure operations,
- implement FinOps practices to manage and optimize cloud cost efficiency (monitoring, right-sizing, budgeting),
- collaborate closely with Software Development teams to enhance CI/CD environments and developer platforms (Platform Engineering),
- build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Cloud/DevOps and infrastructure specialists,
- implement ITSM/ITIL best practices for incident, problem, and change management,
- manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets for Infrastructure & Cloud operations,
- lead vendor management and negotiations with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hardware suppliers,
- provide regular reporting to the CIO and Executive Board on infrastructure status, performance metrics, risks, and cost efficiency.
