Internal Communication and Events Internship Program (She/He/They)
THE WORK:
Internal Communication Support
- Assist in preparing internal communication materials (e.g., newsletters, memos, announcements).
- Support the creation and distribution of content across internal channels (SharePoint, Viva Engage, email, digital signage).
- Help prepare simple graphical materials for communication purposes (templates, layouts, visuals).
- Coordinate with team members to collect inputs from Leadership and other stakeholders.
- Support in gathering feedback and proposing small improvements to communication processes.
Event Coordination Support
- Assist in planning internal events, helping with logistics, timelines, venue research, and vendor coordination.
- Support cooperation with external agencies and internal partners to ensure events run smoothly.
- Help prepare event communication materials and promotional content.
- Assist on-site during events (registration, coordination, materials, support for speakers).
- Collect participant feedback and contribute to basic post-event summaries.
Social Media Assistance
- Support the preparation of internal and external social media content (text and simple graphics).
- Help research trends and ideas to strengthen our employer brand communication.
- Assist with publishing and scheduling posts under team supervision.
Project Management Support
- Help the team track timelines, tasks, and deliverables across various internal initiatives.
- Assist in coordinating activities related to developmental programs and onboarding.
- Support documentation, meeting notes, and basic project reporting.
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- An active student status (Communication, Marketing, Management, Psychology, Humanities or similar fields preferred).
- Available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in Polish and English (B2), you will be part of international teams.
- Interest in internal communication, events management, and creative content.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint or Canva is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2/C1).
- Creativity and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- A positive attitude and readiness to support multiple tasks simultaneously.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience in student organizations, volunteering, or event/logistics roles.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
