Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience in project delivery may also be considered
- Additional project management education or certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) are a plus
- 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects in a corporate or multinational environment
- Proven ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups and to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards
- Experience working alongside D&IT teams and navigating structured governance processes
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required, with a strong ability to produce clear documentation and communicate effectively across all stakeholder levels in an international, multicultural environment
- 4–8 years of project management experience, ideally in cross-functional or data-related environments
- Strong command of hybrid project methodologies and structured delivery practices
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisations and collaborate effectively with IT and Data teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in reporting and governance
- Experience with project tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Confluence, Power BI)
- PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM) are beneficial but not required
