Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to process accounting transactions for the Accounts Receivable team in a complete, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, and external regulatory requirements. Each day, you will perform necessary activities within the accounts receivable activities for your assigned organization – Robotics, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Being the expert on AutoBank tools and features (including sub-modules) and its integration in SAP FI
- Analyze and interpret matching rates and propose actions to constantly increase the matching rates
- Creation of rules and search patterns for the automatic processing of bank statements (GL, AR and AP)
- Analyze why certain bank line items fail to match, identify the root cause and the solution and work towards implementing
- it with relevant parties (Local IS; FO; GBS, CoE )
- Track the processing of remittance advices and work closely with IS to develop future solutions
- Propose and implement improvement ideas for AutoBank and SmartEye application with implicated parties
- Performing wide range of tests of the rules and posting logic along with the documentation: Unit Tests, User Acceptance Tests, End to End Testing
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end users and 3rd party customers
Qualifications for the role
- You are highly skilled in Autobank Processing (GL accounting) and Post-Processing (Accounts Receivable and Payable accounting), with a strong understanding of financial workflows and compliance standards.
- You have 3+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP as an end user, demonstrating proficiency in navigating complex systems and processes.
- You possess advanced knowledge of MS Office and are adept at leveraging Power BI for data visualization; familiarity with VBA is considered a valuable asset.
- You are at ease communicating in English (written and spoken) at a professional level;
- You are passionate about analytical problem-solving, captivated by complex scenarios, and innovative in developing creative, data-driven solutions.
- You demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, are solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and organized, with the ability to work independently and efficiently to achieve objectives.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline, showcasing a strong academic foundation in financial principles.
