
Microsoft Manager
As part of our Technology Consulting Team, we are looking for experienced professionals to join a big strategic area which is Microsoft Alliance Team. This is is a unique opportunity to participate in a large-scale program to strengthen our EY Poland Alliance with Microsoft but Global Program too. As a Manager in EY’s Technology Consulting / Microsoft practice, you will lead complex digital transformation projects, guide clients through their technology modernization journeys, and shape strategic solutions using Microsoft technologies. This role combines delivery leadership, people development, and client‑facing impact, offering the opportunity to play a key part in building one of EY’s most dynamic and fast‑growing consulting teams. You will work with enterprise clients across industries, translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions, while ensuring quality, innovation, and adherence to EY standards.
Your responsibilities may include:
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation projects for large enterprise clients.
- Oversee project planning, scope management, design, implementation, and quality assurance.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective delivery outcomes.
- Mitigate risks and resolve escalations to maintain project stability and client satisfaction.
Client Relationship & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft‑related transformation programs.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and support pre‑sales cycles, proposals, and strategic pursuits.
- Collaborate with Microsoft and other technology partners to co‑create solutions and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
Technology Expertise (Microsoft Ecosystem)
- Drive and oversee engagements across Azure, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics solutions.
- Support clients in cloud adoption, modern workplace, automation, application modernization, or data‑driven transformation.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices, architectural standards, compliance requirements, and security guidelines.
Strategy, Innovation & Improvement
- Introduce new frameworks, methods, and standards to continuously improve delivery excellence.
- Monitor emerging technologies (AI, automation, data platforms, cloud innovation) and integrate them into client solutions.
- Participate in EY strategic initiatives, innovation programs, and global technology communities.
People Leadership & Team Development
- Mentor, coach, and develop consultants, senior consultants, and analysts.
- Drive performance management, career development, and team engagement.
- Support recruitment efforts by defining role requirements, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new team members.
- Foster a collaborative culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure compliance with EY risk management, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks.
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure profitability.
- Oversee documentation, governance, and reporting to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:
Required
- 5–7+ years of experience in consulting, technology delivery, or project/program management.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Power Platform, or Dynamics).
- Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams in complex engagements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze business challenges and design scalable, technology‑driven solutions.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and decision‑making skills in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in English
- Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (Azure Fundamentals/Architect, Power Platform, or Dynamics).
- Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master).
- Experience in cloud modernization, automation, AI adoption, or enterprise architecture.
- Working knowledge of compliance, security, and quality frameworks.
