• Bachelor’s Degree: A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Fluent English: Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication and collaboration. Basic Polish helps but not required.
• Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of Tax and Payroll Legislation: Familiarity with basic income tax and payroll legislation in the United States, United Kingdom, and Switzerland is a plus.
• Technical skills: Knowledge in Power BI/Query, Alteryx, or other workflow tools is a plus.
