Strategy Analyst Consultant EY-Parthenon Strategy and Execution

To support our continued growth, we are seeking exceptional candidates to join our Warsaw office as Analysts and Consultants.

What we work on

You will join a dynamic, high‑performing team delivering projects in two core areas:

1. Corporate & Growth Strategy

• Deep market, competitor and customer insights;
• Strategic diagnostics and performance assessment;
• Development and execution of growth strategies;
• Integration of financial and operational perspectives into actionable plans.

2. Transaction Strategy & Execution

• Full deal‑lifecycle support, including:
  • Deal rationale and strategic fit;
  • Commercial Due Diligence;
  • Synergy assessment and value creation planning;
  • Post‑merger integration (PMI).
• Close collaboration with Private Equity and corporate clients;

Your responsibilities

• Delivering high‑quality analytical work, applying structured problem solving and critical thinking to diverse client challenges;
• Working closely with clients to co‑create strategic insights and solutions, building ownership and ensuring recommendations reflect both analytical rigor and practical realities;
• Contributing to business development through thought leadership, proposal preparation and intellectual property creation;
• Being an active member of a collaborative, supportive team, learning from senior colleagues and contributing to an environment where rapid development is the norm;
• Strengthening EY‑Parthenon’s brand presence on campus and in the local market;
• EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. What we look for

• Graduates of top‑tier Polish or international universities;
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to structure complex problems;
• Curiosity, discipline and strong verbal/written communication;
• A mindset reflecting our core values — smart in your thinking, nice in how you collaborate, and driven in pursuing impact and excellence;
• Demonstrated experience in strategy consulting (min. 1 year for Analysts, 2+ years for Consultants), or comparable experience in Big Four, PE, or blue‑chip corporates;
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are an asset.
