Our requirements

  • Strong BA / process consulting skills: requirements engineering, user stories, BPMN/process mapping, acceptance criteria, stakeholder management
  • Solid understanding of CMDB/ITAM/ITOM processes and data (not necessarily deep development)
  • Experience with data governance and data quality practices (controls, stewardship, reporting)
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, regulated organisations with multiple stakeholders and control requirements
  • ITIL/ITSM knowledge is a plus; experience in financial services is strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Willingness to work in Saudi Arabia for a period of 4 months

Tasks

  • Support the CSDM Architect in driving process alignment, data governance maturity and operational adoption across CSDM/CMDB/ITAM/ITOM
  • Elicit and document business and operational requirements: target processes, roles, responsibilities, controls, and reporting needs
  • Lead workshops with process/data owners (ITSM, Asset Mgmt, Operations, Security, Risk) and translate outcomes into actionable artefacts (user stories, process maps, acceptance criteria)
  • Define data quality requirements (completeness, accuracy, timeliness) and operational mechanisms (certification cycles, remediation workflows, KPIs)
  • Support definition of integration requirements: source systems, field mapping, update frequency, reconciliation rules and exception handling
  • Produce adoption materials: SOPs, runbooks, training content, communications, and support model inputs
