We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

The opportunity

EY Aqurance, a proud member of EY’s global organization, brings deep expertise in Life Sciences consulting and long-standing experience in digital transformation, working in close collaboration with teams across countries.

As part of our team, you will support Life Sciences clients in improving processes, following modern platforms, and driving business value through structured analysis and problem-solving. You will gain exposure to international work, advanced technology, and AI-enabled approaches that shape how the industry operates.

The Life Sciences R&D and Quality Consulting Services team focuses on biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturers, and the medical technology industry. You will be an integral part of this team helping customers align business objectives from strategy to execution. This involves working with life sciences customers to develop business processes, and design and implement systems to effectively manage these areas governed by regulatory bodies globally (FDA, EMA, etc.).

Do you have consulting and Regulatory systems experience and a passion for helping customers optimize their RIM processes?

As a RIM Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding our customers’ Regulatory needs and business processes, providing expert guidance, discussing application changes, translating requirements into solution design, and configuring document and data management systems (e.g. Veeva Vault) for managing Regulatory information across the organization.

You will support a dedicated group of customers to help them transition on their digital transformation journey.

Your key responsibilities

  • Assist customers in implementing best practices within implementation / post-implementation programs aimed at ensuring their overall success.
  • Stay informed about best practices in the Regulatory field and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Technical abilities with willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to design solutions and configure the changes that meet customer needs.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse stakeholders, including customer business and IT staff, to understand their requirements.
  • Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and dissemination of thought leadership materials.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of consulting experience in configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, managing expectations, facilitating difficult conversations, and delivering presentations or demos.
  • Strong background in Life Sciences with a particular interest in the Regulatory domain.
  • Solid understanding of technologies used in Regulatory, particularly Veeva Vault applications (e.g. Submissions, Registrations, Submissions Archive, Publishing), and how RIM consulting services can leverage and support these technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to travel as required by the business.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Direct experience with Amplexor, NextDocs, Documentum, SharePoint and/or other RIM applications.
  • Knowledge of computer systems validation requirements (following a GxP system development lifecycle).
  • Good grasp of the business capabilities and drivers behind digital technology in health and life sciences, as well as the market forces and trends influencing industry changes.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
