HR Process Junior Specialist with German/French

What will you do?

We work in a hybrid model! Recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.

Our Requirements:

• Ability to speak French or German at least at C1 level and English at B2 level
• Openness to starting an international career
• Willingness to solve HR-related issues for French or German speaking clients
• Team player attitude
• Higher education or student status in any field

We don’t require professional experience. You will work among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.

Your future tasks:

• Answer client calls and emails
• Process HR administration requests
• Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
• Manage an assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology or agreed transition plan
• Update required process documentation within agreed timeframes

What your development path can look like?

You will start your career with an onboarding plan to learn the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally, choosing from various positions in areas such as Supply Chain, HR, Finance, Project Management, Customer Care or IT.
