For our Client, an international company operating in the industrial technology sector, we are currently looking for a PTP Accountant to support the further development of its Shared Services Center. The SSC has been built from the ground up over the past few years and currently supports multiple countries and business units globally. The team consists of around 100 specialists and continues to grow, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with broad exposure to international finance processes.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in PTP, Accounts Payable, or a similar accounting/finance role,
- good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes and vendor invoice processing,
- intermediate Excel skills (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP),
- very good command of English (B2+/C1), both written and spoken,
- strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing,
- good organizational skills and ability to manage tasks within deadlines,
- proactive approach to problem solving and ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- process and post vendor invoices in Microsoft Dynamics in line with company policies and local regulations,
- manage vendor accounts, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies,
- prepare and execute vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
- support cash-flow activities related to the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process,
- cooperate with internal stakeholders, including GL and OTC teams, to resolve invoice and payment-related issues,
- support reporting and documentation within the PTP process.
