Our Internal Business Application Centre (IBACentre) team offers you the opportunity to support our core business functions by implementing applications that enable more efficient work and the delivery of top‑notch services. Our team focuses on managing core and global business applications, ensuring their continuous operation, handling customerrelationshipsand incidents with precision. 

We are looking for:

Business Analyst - Time Management (Replicon)

Your future role:

  • Apply analytical skills working with business and product owners to develop requirements and user stories stemming from product roadmaps,
  • Add value to delivery teams by creating clarity around businessobjectivesand refining user stories,
  • Solve business problems in cross‑functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies,
  • Support all phases of application systems analysis with a strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall/Agile/Scrum),
  • Conduct business requirements elicitation and translate them intoappropriate deliverables,
  • Apply SDLC activities to configure packaged applications using Agile Requirements Methods,
  • Work with vendor SOW, SLA measures and acceptance criteria to manage successful project outcomes.

Apply if you have:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience managing IT system/software development and project management processes,
  • Experience in software development projects, infrastructure,SaaSand/or Cloud solutions,
  • Ability todeterminebusiness value, documentaccuratebusiness requirements and present them concisely and measurably,
  • Experience conducting requirements elicitation,validationand analysis meetings with stakeholders, including Fit/Gap analysis and testing support,
  • Experience ensuring quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing deliverables,
  • Ability to oversee documentation of business requirements and test cases ensuring alignment and consistency,
  • Skills in modeling business processes and understanding impacts of proposed solutions,
  • Ability to develop business and application domain knowledge for assigned portfolios and/or lines of service,
  • Experience contributing to and aligning with the global vision for time management,
  • Ability to support new territories and ensure deploymentsremainaligned to the global vision,
  • Experience aligning with the global vision for time management and supporting new territories to ensure deploymentsremainconsistent with this vision,
  • Ability to contribute to defining newfeatureand functionalityrequestsincluding global integrations,
  • Demonstrated knowledge ofnew technologiesand AI‑powered tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation). 

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems,
  • Certifications: IIBA and/orSAFe.
