Payments & Treasury Operations Specialist (m/f)

Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in banking operations, payment processing, or treasury functions,
• strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions,
• proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with digital tools,
• client-focused mindset with a high sense of responsibility and accountability,
• good command of English (B2 level).

Responsibilities

• manage day-to-day transaction operations for financial institutions and corporate clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency,
• process both domestic and international payments of varying values, including data verification and system updates,
• partner with the Regional European Back Office to maintain high-quality financial market transaction processing,
• oversee deposits from multiple financial partners and ensure proper recording,
• monitor liquidity levels to support smooth and timely transaction flows.
