Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations (corporate or fast-paced environment),
- experience working in multi-entity, multi-cost centre, and/or multi-currency structures,
- familiarity with ERP/accounting systems,
- strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset,
- high level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously,
- collaborative attitude and willingness to work in an international environment,
- very good command of English (working in a global team).
Responsibilities
- manage day-to-day financial transactions across multiple entities and currencies,
- support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management processes,
- prepare and post journal entries with a clear understanding of underlying business activities,
- perform balance sheet reconciliations across entities and regions,
- support month-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness,
- maintain well-organized, audit-ready financial documentation,
- review and validate financial data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
