What you’ll do
- Lead, develop and coordinate work across the team of specialists with diverse areas of expertise, including Alloy configuration experts, vendor relationship experts, and KYC SMEs
- Manage relationships with identity verification and onboarding solution providers, ensuring optimal service delivery and performance
- Act as primary point of contact for business owners, local stakeholders, and Head of Offices across IG's global markets
- Lead vendor onboarding and system configuration projects, including Alloy platform implementation
- Drive expansion of onboarding services with focus on automation and Straight-Through Processing (STP)
- Implement sophisticated measures for identifying process gaps and conducting in-depth performance analysis
- Improve client journey through application form amendments and process enhancements
- Raise and manage operational risk events related to onboarding processes
- Manage contracts related to legal, compliance, and vendor management requirements
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across all IG jurisdictions globally
What you’ll need for this role
- Proven people management experience, ideally leading senior specialists and individual contributors with diverse skill sets
- Background in KYC, client onboarding, or identity verification, with understanding of supporting infrastructure and tooling
- Familiarity with Alloy or similar onboarding/identity verification platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proactive problem-solver with a drive for automation, process improvement, and openness to AI-driven solutions
