Role in the team:
IG Group is seeking an Internal Audit Manager to work in the Global Internal Audit team in our Krakow hub.
This is a great opportunity to build a career in one of the UK’s most successful Fin Techs. As a manager, you will work alongside the UK and Poland based Internal Audit Team which assesses the risk management framework of the business and provides assurance and insight.
It is essential that you who have a good grounding in finance, economics or maths and an interest in financial markets. This role is ideal for a Senior Associate with strong interpersonal skills seeking work in a fast-paced, challenging and team-focused environment.
What you’ll do
Internal Audit plays a key role in assisting the Board and Executive Management protect the assets, reputation and sustainability of the organization. Internal Audit covers the whole business and tasks will vary according to the requirements of the Annual Internal Audit Plan. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and reporting of results from the assurance work performed across a wide variety of business activities.
What you will need for this role:
- 3-5 years post-qualified experience in Internal Audit
- A background in Internal Audit, Risk or Compliance functions
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Team leadership experience
