YOUR ROLE

As a R2R Junior Manager you will be expected to operate at the level of Subject Matter Expert for the client-specific application of processes. You will focus on complex transactions, resolving issues, and ensuring processes and controls are executed as agreed. You will analyze data in business context, provide insights, and drive process improvements using technology.

YOUR TASKS

• GL Accountant responsibility.
• Ownership of month-end close for the country.
• Cooperate with Tax advisors/corporate to translate GAAP changes into operations.
• Analyze balances and movements and coordinate corrections.
• Act as audit contact.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
• Experience in overseeing financial activities at country/entity level.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS.
• Experience in guiding GL accounting teams.
• Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.
