YOUR PROJECT

Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. One of the teams is Global Business Services – part of Capgemini Business Services unit. We help organizations worldwide on their transformation journeys toward increased efficiency, effectiveness, control and competitiveness of their Finance departments. We provide innovative process, organizational and technological solutions to demanding problems and deliver Frictionless Finance solutions for our Clients.

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting our Global Clients in the end-to-end Business Transformation & Transition journey.
• Focus on transition project execution and client advisory in the transition area.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from a transition perspective.
• Close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working.
• Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management and a proven track record of Transition Management projects delivery.
• Experience in Project Management (certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery.
• Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure effective communication between key stakeholder groups.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and presentation skills (developing and delivering).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English (French or German would be an asset).
