Your role
As a Senior Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI assistants leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services and the Power Platform. You will shape architectural decisions, ensure enterprise-grade security and scalability, and drive best practices in AI agent development. Your contribution will directly influence the adoption of next-generation AI capabilities across the organization.
Your tasks
- Lead end-to-end development of AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build custom connectors and integrations with enterprise systems and external APIs.
- Implement advanced conversational AI based on LLMs.
- Ensure security, compliance, and performance of delivered solutions.
- Troubleshoot and optimize deployed AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Support AI-driven automation initiatives and multi-agent workflows.
Your profile
- 4+ years of experience in Conversational AI and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong skills in custom connectors and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Expertise in Azure AI services (Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Semantic Kernel).
- Experience with Microsoft Graph and enterprise data integration.
- Ability to design secure, scalable AI solutions and drive AI transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of cloud architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), DevOps and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of reasoning engines, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous AI.
Nice to have:
- Python for programmatic agent interaction (Semantic Kernel).
- Microsoft 365 Agents SDK.
- OAuth 2.0 / Microsoft Entra ID integrations.
- Experience with SAP/Oracle integrations or AI safety testing.
