YOUR TASKS

Acting as a P2P SPOC, supporting and managing day-to-day finance and accounting processes in the following areas:

• Resolve AP queries and escalations.
• Monitor KPIs and not confirmed GR (Goods Receipt).
• Provide coding and monitor non-PO invoices.
• Provide coding details for invoice allocation.
• Reconcile VMS vs GFS and resolve issues (cash bonus, VMS SPOC).
• Manage Accruals – perform split by BU, manage level of accruals and justification.
• Monitor AP Aging.
• Drive process and procedure improvements (e.g., KSeF, CIT and Deferred Tax Calculation).
• Take part in monthly and annual closing processes, managing transactional GL activities.
• Support reporting, accounting/statutory, compliance and audit teams.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
• Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Extensive end-to-end process knowledge within P2P and R2A.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Proven ability in designing, creating and implementing new solutions within finance processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience in driving process improvements and delivering measurable benefits.
• Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.
• Strong analytical skills.
