Enterprise Managed Services (EMS) in PwC Poland is rapidly expanding as part of the Managed Services Operations. You can play an important role in supporting and transforming the operations of our domestic and international Clients. We continuously enhance our operations by applying best practices, streamlining processes, and integrating cutting-edge technological solutions for our customers. Join us in shaping and transforming operations for our domestic and international clients, as we delve into diverse, complex projects and collaborate closely with expert consulting teams to provide comprehensive finance services, including accounting and reporting, tax as well as financial planning & analysis, across various sectors in the region. 

We are looking for: 

Procurement Services Expert 

Your future role: 

  • delivering end-to-end procurement activities in a project-based environment, covering sourcing, supplier selection and contract support, 
  • conducting market analyses and identifying potential suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement outcomes, 
  • preparing and managing procurement solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI) and coordinating evaluation processes in line with internal procedures, 
  • preparing, issuing and tracking purchase orders in line with approved budgets and contractual arrangements, 
  • cooperating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, supporting resolution of operational and contractual matters, 
  • ensuring compliance with procurement activities with internal policies, financial regulations and audit requirements. 

Apply if you have: 

  •  a university degree in business administration, supply chain management, economics, law or a related field, 
  • fluency in English, including the ability to draft procurement documentation and communicate with international suppliers, 
  • at least 5–7 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain roles in a multinational or regulated environment, 
  • proven experience managing formal solicitation processes, including preparation of tender documentation, evaluation support, and vendor selection procedures 
  • experience in administering purchase orders, framework contracts, or service-level agreements from initiation through to completion, 
  • a strong understanding of end-to-end procurement cycles and complex approval workflows, 
  • knowledge of ERP procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle). 

Nice to have:  

  • command of spoken and written German, with a proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
