Your Team
Support the business through effective revenue control and financial oversight, ensuring trading revenue, rebates, and client cash movements are accurately calculated, reviewed, and reconciled. The role is responsible for executing and improving daily revenue controls, identifying discrepancies, and supporting month‑end processes through robust data analysis.
You will gain deep exposure to revenue processes, trading activity, and financial controls within a global fintech environment. The role offers opportunities to strengthen technical skills (SQL, Excel, data analysis), broaden business knowledge, and progress within Revenue Control or wider Finance Operations through continuous learning and collaboration.
What you will do
- Perform daily revenue control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of trading revenue
- Calculate and validate client rebates (including Volume Based Rebates) in line with approved schemes
- Post and reconcile cash corrections, ensuring timely resolution of breaks and discrepancies
- Reconcile trading revenue between source systems and finance records
- Extract, validate, and analyse data using SQL and Excel to support controls, reconciliations, and investigations
- Investigate revenue anomalies, document findings, and escalate material issues where required
- Support month‑end and ad‑hoc reporting processes for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of controls, reconciliations, and data quality
What you'll need
- Advanced SQL – confident in writing complex queries to extract and reconcile large datasets
- Advanced Excel – strong skills in data analysis, reconciliation, and control checks
- Python – nice to have
- High attention to detail with a strong control mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
