For our Client, a leading global provider of business and digital transformation services, we are looking for a PTP Specialist with Spanish to join an international finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic SSC environment, where you will support Procure to Pay (PTP) processes, collaborate with global stakeholders, and contribute to delivering high-quality financial operations.

Requirements

  • higher education, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field,
  • professional experience in Procure to Pay (PTP), including invoice processing, payments, vendor query management, or invoice scanning,
  • fluent Spanish (min. B2) and English (min. B2),
  • good knowledge of SAP or another ERP system,
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach,
  • ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment,
  • experience with APOC will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • processing supplier invoices accurately and in line with company procedures,
  • supporting payment processing and ensuring timely execution of payment activities,
  • handling vendor queries and maintaining effective communication with suppliers,
  • performing invoice scanning and validating financial documentation,
  • working with SAP and other finance-related systems to process transactions,
  • monitoring and resolving discrepancies while ensuring data accuracy,
  • cooperating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth PTP operations,
  • supporting process improvement initiatives and maintaining process documentation,
  • ensuring compliance with internal policies and agreed service levels.
