For our Client, an international production company with multiple manufacturing plants in the EMEA region, we are looking for candidates for the position of Global FP&A Manager. The main task of the person in this position will be to cooperate with the VP of Finance of the division on operational FP&A and projects activities at the regional level. The company’s office is based in Krakow.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A or similar departments,

  • preference for manufacturing or similar industry with multi-revenue stream operations,

  • preferably working towards professional finance qualifications ACCA, CIMA or similar,

  • prior experience in FP&A is preferable, including experience with operational planning, budgeting, and forecasting,

  • fluent English language C1,

  • excellent Excel skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy, including experience working with a complex datasets,

  • confident working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment,

  • ability to operate effectively and independently within a lean structure.

Responsibilities

  • work alongside Business Unit Finance VPs to understand, review and challenge variances,
  • monitor performance and provide regular insight into the drivers of performance, 
  • highlighting opportunities to maximize growth, and provide relevant information to the Group CEO/CFO,
  • provide day-to-day decision support activities, financial management, and analytics to understand and drive business performance,
  • act in a leading role for the division, supported by the VP Finance of the division, for the budget and forecasting processes as well as monthly management reporting requirements,
  • identify process improvement opportunities and support the delivery of improvements in processes, systems and procedures,
  • build a strong working relationship with key business stakeholders globally,
  • gain a detailed understanding and insight into the Business Unit’s product portfolio and industry,
  • evaluate potential investments, business opportunities, and initiatives.
