Requirements
- at least 8 years of experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role,
- experience in managing a finance team and overseeing a broad range of finance activities,
- very good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations,
- strong business orientation, independence and a proactive approach,
- very good command of English,
- ACCA, CIMA or statutory auditor qualifications will be considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- overall responsibility for the company’s finance function and management of finance team,
- contributing to the development of the company’s business and financial strategy,
- overseeing accounting, controlling, taxation, treasury and cash flow management,
- providing the Management Board with financial analyses and insights supporting business decisions,
- coordinating budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes,
- improving financial processes, systems and reporting tools.
