As a global leader in cloud services, PwC supports the digital transformation of businesses around the world. Our Cloud & Digital team delivers end-to-end cloud solutions, including Cloud Strategy and Migrations, Data Engineering, AI and DevOps Solutions, Application Modernization and Cloud Native development. We are building a platform where users work through coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor or OpenCode, while the platform provides the migration and transformation expertise underneath: skills, tools, connectors, versioned knowledge, and quality gates.
We are looking for:
Agentic AI Cloud Engineer – Cloud Migration Platform
Your future role:
- Designing and building agent harnesses that make coding agents reliable in real cloud migration work, including skills, agent instructions, tool contracts, evaluation cases and approval gates,
- Developing the platform’s engineering foundation: MCP servers, typed and testable tools, connectors to real-world sources such as CMDB exports, Git repositories, Azure inventory, and Terraform state, as well as a runtime for large-scale batch processing,
- Working hands-on with Azure and Terraform using Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD practices,
- Building proof-of-concept and MVP web applications in the framework of your choice to validate ideas quickly and turn them into working demos for internal use and client conversations,
- Turning experience from real migration projects into reusable platform assets, including playbooks, decision patterns, reference architectures, and golden cases,
- Tracking the latest developments in GenAI and Agentic AI, actively test new agent capabilities, and share knowledge with the team.
Apply if you have:
- Strong foundation in cloud engineering or cloud architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience (Azure is preferred, but GCP or AWS experience is also welcome),
- At least one cloud certification, such as Azure AZ-104, AZ-305, HashiCorp Terraform Associate, or an equivalent certification,
- Hands-on experience with GenAI and agentic components, including MCP servers, skills, agentic loops, agent design, evaluations, and vector databases - professional work, serious side projects, and open-source contributions all count,
- Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable tools - you use them daily, understand their extension points, and want to push the boundaries of what agents can do in the cloud space,
- Solid software engineering fundamentals, including typed schemas, testing, maintainable code, Infrastructure as Code such as Terraform, and CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI,
- Eagerness for new challenges, and readiness to step outside your specialization,
- Proficiency in Polish and English (at least B2 level).
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud migration or application assessment projects,
- Experience building evaluation pipelines for LLM systems, including golden cases, regression suites, or LLM-as-judge approaches,
- Production experience with RAG and vector databases such as Azure AI Search, pgvector, or Qdrant,
- Familiarity with agent-building frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LlamaIndex, ADK, or similar tools,
- A GenAI certification such as Claude Certified Architect (Foundations or Professional) or an equivalent credential,
- Experience with policy-as-code, including OPA or Azure Policy, and Terraform module authoring,
- Open-source contributions to agent tooling, MCP servers, or developer tools,
- Consulting experience or project work involving direct client contact.
