About the department
Our Investment Accounting and Control team ensures accurate accounting and reconciliation for international investment funds. We collaborate closely to maintain data integrity and deliver timely reporting. Joining us means working in a dynamic, global environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial operations and client service.
How you will add value
Core Responsibilities
- You will book transactions and reconcile internal systems with custodian bank data.
- You will verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- You will reconcile various financial instruments, including equities, bonds, and term loans.
- You will respond to client and internal queries promptly with accurate information.
- You will work in an international setting using English for communication.
What will help you be successful in this role
Experience, Education & Certifications
- Enrolled in 3rd–5th year of studies in finance, administration, or related fields.
- Available to work 25–30 hours weekly between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in English.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
