Requirements
- at least 5 years of experience in controlling, financial management or reporting,
- strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial analysis,
- good understanding of accounting and Polish tax regulations,
- experience in cooperating with external accounting or tax providers,
- strong business orientation, independence and ownership,
- fluent Polish and English,
- experience in an international organisation would be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning,
- monitoring financial performance, liquidity and working capital,
- preparing management reports, variance analyses and financial recommendations,
- supporting local management in operational and strategic decision-making,
- coordinating monthly and annual closing processes,
- overseeing external accounting, payroll and tax providers,
- ensuring compliance with Polish regulations and Group policies,
- cooperating with auditors, banks and Group Finance,
- improving financial processes, internal controls and reporting tools.
