Workday Specialist

Role:
We are currently hiring for the following Workday positions:
Functional Consultant - design configuration
- Implementation readiness preparation, and other client-side advice and management
- Deployment of Workday for our clients, including design, configuration, testing, and data activities
- Using your business analysis skills to identify and document client requirements, and determine HR system and data strategies
- Using your HR and HR systems knowledge to identify the key issues for our client undergoing change in HR or related people and technology processes.
Data specialist - data migration and loading
- Identify customers’ existing data sources for migration
- Extract data from source system based on customer requirements
- Aggregate the data into a common format
- Assist customers in all aspects of the data conversion process and help prepare HCM/HR system data for conversion to Workday
- Support data cleansing efforts by documenting and providing clients with information on data issues and inconsistencies. Analyze and cleanse data, typically with the help of the system implementer
- Convert data using Workday Data Conversion Tools, analyze and resolve data related issues.
Integrations - toolkit for building integrations, interfaces
- Dataflow and audits from workday to other external systems
- Analyzing existing legacy applications and providing inputs for building functional requirements.
- Interact with local design team, project managers, business analysts, and internal customers regarding vendor-provided applications used by Customer.
Solution architect - consulting, overall solution.
- Background in and strong understanding of broad HR systems architecture and data flow
- Extensive knowledge of best-practice business process and technologies for HR functions, including core HR, Compensation, benefits, Talent Management
- Good foundation in IT Project methodologies and best practices
- Experience with Vendor Management including working with an onshore / offshore model
- Maintain master data configuration ensuring master data sync between Workday and other systems
- Coordinate with HR Process Owners to Maintain / Develop Support Materials
Candidate profile:
- A demonstrable history of working in at least one of the following positions:
- Technology driven HR Transformation projects
- Previous background in HR Software as a Service implementation
- HR / HCM team in a large company working with dedicated IT system
- Advanced skills in MSOffice, especially Excel and must have worked on large volumes of data.
- A flexible approach, adapting your style to be successful working with both small and large clients.
- HR functional knowledge and detailed understanding of at least one aspect of the HR Employee proposition and life cycle.
- Demonstrable specialist skills, for example proven business analysis techniques, organization design, HR technology specification and/or implementation.
- Willingness to travel
