Job description:

The purpose of Manage Hydrocarbon Inventory is to timely and accurately reflect in the system flow of Hydrocarbon products manufactured or purchased, moved or sold to enable the business response capability to manage supply chain and price risk exposure.
As a part of Manage Inventory team you will be responsible for:

 

 

  • Operate complex/most complex scope in the area of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable with different dimensions (ex. material & high number transactions on locations/OU's/Businesses /Customers/Vendors; including active participation in different business engagements)

  • Give constructive input to the issue resolution in the team; take responsibility for identified actions and different type of requests from stakeholders assigned by Team Manager/Specialist

  • Ensure effective KPIs analysis by identifying root causes, implementing and monitoring improvement plans; present results from own area of accountability to different parties within Hydrocarbon organisation and Business

  • Proactively raise issues to be discussed with relevant parties to drive operational excellence and effective Control Framework

  • Provide information and explain all the concerns on the process/Control Framework to internal and external auditors including facilitation of the walkthrough meetings

  • Able to identify and contribute to process improvements and simplification; embed CI mind-set in daily work

Requirements:

  • Master degree, preferably on economics, accounting or finance

  • Knowledge of GSAP accounting system

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; VBA knowledge is desirable and will be an asset

  • Fast and accurate data input skills, analytical skills & attention to details

  • English B2/C1 (other languages will be an asset)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
