PTP Senior Team Lead

Key responsibilities
Managing and coordinating of PtP team in day to day operations
Ensuring efficiency & high quality of PtP processes
Manage & develop the relationship with the client
Ensure that the service levels meet the requirements of SLA
Providing operational support to team members
Coordination and implementation of tools in the team
Ensure team's compliance to guidelines & policies
Requirements
Fluent English
Min 2 years of experience in PTP domain
Experience on similar position
Excellent F&A process understanding & knowledge
Knowledge of SAP environment
Willing to work with different nationalities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Leadership skills
Stress resistance
