Improvement Specialist – Finance Process

Responsibilities:
- using Business Intelligence Tools and related technologies to develop finance process,
- identifying process improvements within GL/AP/AR area,
- participating in optimization projects to increase customer satisfaction, quality, and efficiency,
- developing and automating large data sets for the purpose of ad-hoc reporting and data analysis,
- participating in internal control tests and prepare appropriate documentation,
- conducting internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation,
- solving problems and conducting analyses,
- cooperating with teams in multiple locations.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the Finance function,
- previous experience within process improvement area,
- very good command of English (min. B2 level),
- good knowledge of VBA Excel,
- Project Management skills as a strong asset,
- strong analytical and problem-solving attitude,
- good organization and coordination skills,
- excellent communications skills;
- process orientation.
