Main Activities:
- Designing, implementing and maintaining voice network and call center projects Creating technical documentation, network diagrams, inventory control and security documentation
- Assisting business units by analysing their requirements and recommending solutions
- Providing consultative support to assigned business representatives
- Performing technical presentations for a different levels of IT management
- Resolving complex problems as a 3rd Level support line
- Deep technical knowledge in technology segment: TDM and VoIP Voice infrastructure on different levels and in diversified areas Routing/Switching/Wireless Based on Cisco and Avaya products but not limited to
- Proficciency level with Call Center, CTI and voice recording technologies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position and tasks area
- Self-organisation
- ITIL Processes know-how
- Communicative skills
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent Polish and English language skills
