The goal of that position is to administer and maintain existing voice network and call center infrastructure. Hired employee will play an important role in ongoing network projects in order to keep the infrastructure aligned with current state of technology.
Main Activities:

- Designing, implementing and maintaining voice network and call center projects Creating technical documentation, network diagrams, inventory control and security documentation
- Assisting business units by analysing their requirements and recommending solutions
- Providing consultative support to assigned business representatives
- Performing technical presentations for a different levels of IT management
- Resolving complex problems as a 3rd Level support line
- Deep technical knowledge in technology segment: TDM and VoIP Voice infrastructure on different levels and in diversified areas Routing/Switching/Wireless Based on Cisco and Avaya products but not limited to
- Proficciency level with Call Center, CTI and voice recording technologies
- Minimum 3 years’ experience on similar position and tasks area
- Self-organisation
- ITIL Processes know-how
- Communicative skills
- Goal-oriented
- Excellent Polish and English language skills
