Recruitment Administration Specialist


Our client is a leading global paints and coatings company, supplying market-leading brands and products to industries and consumers around the world. Their paints activities are focused on the Buildings and Infrastructure end-user segment, while their coatings protect, colour and enhance everything from ships, cars, aircraft and architectural components to consumer goods (mobile devices, appliances, beverage cans, furniture), wind turbines and oil and gas facilities. Currently they are opening their fifth GBS (Global Business Service Centre) in Warsaw and we are looking for professionals who are interested to grow their new Department with them!

Job Description
  • Administer and control the required information during sourcing, screening candidates and hiring new employees
  • Support the general recruitment process and apply expertise to resolve specific cases on Talent Resourcing
  • Handle customer cases which cannot be answered by the Contact Center advisors in line with turn-around time SLA's, quality standards and policies
  • Provide answers about the Talent Resourcing system, recruitment process and new hires
  • Utilise recruitment system for adequate tracking and maintenance of job requisitions and candidates
  • Post ads within applicable system and follow up publications
  • Identify returning questions and/or opportunities for improvement on work processes, techniques and systems and make a suggestion for improvement to the team leader
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Bachelors/Master's degree preferably in HR
  • Strong customer services orientation
  • Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with HR and/or Recruitment supporting technology
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Dutch, French, German or Swedish will be a strong asset
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
