AR Invoicing Specialist
Job description:
- Working with top class, highly automated, SAP based system at the level of ArcelorMittal Europe.
- Day-to-day responsibility to issue credit and debit notes for technical and price adjustment claims.
- Daily contacts by email/phone/Skype with supporting teams in Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland, plant teams in most European countries, agents and customers.
- Main activities: claim treatment, month closing, reporting and analyses, audits, archiving, update of procedures, etc.
- Contributing to achievement of KPIs, participation in future developments of the process.
- Induction and on-the-job training in the first period of employment.
- Opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues, observe intercultural differences, participate in global projects not strictly related to the scope of work.

Requirements:
- Good spoken and written English (min. level B2)
- At least 2 year of experience in finance, accounting, sales or logistics.
- Higher education level.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- High level of motivation, ability to work under stress.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work with details and numbers.
Nice to have:
- Experience in a shared service center and/or a multinational organization.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in invoicing field or customer service.
- Working knowledge of VAT regulations, logistics, commercial law.
