Senior Research Analyst/Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- responsibility for completing the assigned analysis and generating hypotheses e.g. market & competitor research, survey analytics, target screening, online and social media scraping,
- translates data into summaries and analysis with conclusions that deliver on objectives and support proactive insights and recommendations,
- provide support to consultants in the use of internal and external resources, information sources and services,
- consistently deliver high quality work within a budget and on time,
- identify new sources of relevant content and contribute to evaluations of external content for acquisition,
- manage small teams of junior analysts.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience, preferably in strategy consulting, third-party research or Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO),
- exposure to basic financial analysis,
- expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and Office related software
- experience with alternative modes of research delivery/data visualization tools also a plus (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- ability to learn quickly and willingness to help out wherever needed,
- ability to articulate complex concepts into language that can be understood by business partners,
- proven ability to manage multiple projects,
- maintain a high level of flexibility and adaptability, reacting to changes and delivering solid results with the appropriate level of urgency at all times.
