Brown Brothers Harriman is looking for an experienced individual to join the team of professionals within Innovation Lab that focuses on challenging projects in such areas like Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence. We are searching for an experienced test automation expert who will participate in creation of new automation frameworks around RPA and AI projects. The potential candidate will participate in the entire development process and be responsible for the automation efforts. The candidate needs to be an expert in software testing and have robust expertise in test automation tools and programming languages.

Responsibilities for your role would include:
- Partner with technical, design and business representatives to gain complete and detailed understanding of project requirements
- Work independently with Developers and Functional/Business Analysts to design, create and automate test scenarios and extract/create test data
- Conduct functional, integration, regression, performance and conversion test activities on developed systems
- Be responsible for up to date reporting on the test results to Project Stakeholders and partner with Development teams to remediate any uncovered deficiencies
- Create, maintain and enhance test strategies, test scripts as required to support development activities and lead the Test Strategies reviews with the Stakeholders
- Ensure that the history of the test runs is properly stored in Test Management tools and that the development scripts are properly maintained so that they could be later leveraged as regression test suites
- Partner with the development staff to audit and record compliance with Quality Assurance standard procedures and protocols.
- Prioritize test automation efforts to support current and future systems projects.
- Ability of working in creative, dynamic Agile projects
Technical skills
- Build tools (ex. Maven, Gradle)
- Unit testing frameworks (ex. JUnit, TestNG)
- Defect management( ex. qTest, Jira)
- Continuous integration tools (ex. Jenkins, TeamCity)
- Web UI testing tools (Selenium, QTP)
- API testing tools (ex. rest-assured, Soap UI)
- Robotic Process Automation tools [Blue Prism]
Qualifications for your role would include:
- Bachelor’s degree or specialized training required.
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus
- Knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle.
- Strong skills in software testing and test automation.
- Knowledge of testing tools and automation methodologies
Nice to have:
- Programming language certifications (ex. Java OCA/OCP),
- Knowledge about Artificial Intelligence
